Delivery Information

UK SHIPPING

  • At RadioTrader, we take the business of getting your order delivered very seriously. We work to despatch all orders as quickly as possible.
  • For Express UK orders received before 14:00pm and where the equipment is in stock and no configuration is required we will ship the order on the same day.  In most cases the order will be delivered on a next working day service.  Economy UK orders will be shipped as quickly as possible with priority given to Express UK orders.
  • Where orders need to be configured by our service department, we cannot always guarantee that order will leave us on the same day but can assure our customers that these orders are prioritised and shipped as soon as possible. 
  • We have incredibly fast moving stock in our UK warehouse and sometimes equipment has to be ordered in from manufacturers in order to fulfill customer orders.  This sometimes delays orders by a day or so but we can assure our customers that we will deliver the equipment as quickly as possible.

Free shipping on orders over £200.00 ex Vat is only available for UK deliveries.

UK DELIVERY METHODS

RadioTrader use the following delivery methods:

  • Express UK Delivery - Order Cut Off 14:00pm.  Express UK Delivery is a priority working day service and does not include Saturday and Sunday.
  • Economy UK Delivery -   Economy UK Delivery is a none priority service with increased processing and shipping timescales and does not include Saturday & Sunday.  We will always strive to compete Economy UK Deliveries as quickly as possible and in many instances these orders will be shipped as quickly as Express orders.
  • If you require radio configuration or if equipment needs to be ordered into stock, please allow extra time for your order to be processed & delivered.
  • In some instances, you might receive more than one delivery in order for us to fulfill your order.
  • Scottish Highlands and Islands may be subject to an extra working day's delivery time.

OVERSEAS SHIPPING

We ship the vast amount of overseas orders on an Express Service but in the post Brexit era we are finding that shipping delays are unfortunately common place.  Shipment processing times and customs delays can add time to overseas shipments.  The delays are unfortunately out of our control and as a result we cannot guarantee delivery dates.  We can only state a minimum delivery time for such shipments.  We are finding that these delays are subsiding over time as the carriers are now dealing with the impact of both Brexit and the Covid 19 pandemic in a more efficient way.

Delivery Costs

1.1.The delivery costs presented at the time of checkout are based on an average website order.

1.2. Please note that for larger orders, additional surcharges may apply to cover the increased cost of postage.

1.3. We reserve the right to adjust delivery costs for orders that exceed our standard size or weight limits. You will be informed of any additional charges before your order is processed for picking.

Alternative Delivery Options

2.1. Alternatively, you have the option to arrange for the collection of your order. Select the "Collect in-store" option during the checkout process, and we will provide you with instructions for pickup.

2.2. If you have concerns about the calculated delivery costs or require a customized delivery solution, please contact our customer support team. We are happy to explore alternative delivery methods and pricing options that may better suit your needs.

3.1. If your order requires special attention due to delivery cost adjustments or alternative delivery options, our customer support team will contact you to discuss the details and obtain your approval before proceeding.
