  1. Privacy

Your use of this website is also subject to our Privacy Policy. By using this website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

  1. Links to Third-Party Websites

This website may contain links to third-party websites that are outside our control. We are not responsible for the content, availability, accuracy, security or privacy practices of those websites.

Notices from us to you may be displayed on the website or provided through any other appropriate method.

  1. Invalidity

If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue to apply.

  1. Third-Party Rights

A person who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of this agreement. This does not affect any rights or remedies that may exist separately from that Act.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising from or connected with these Terms and Conditions or your use of this website.

  1. Radio Licensing

Most business two-way radios require an Ofcom operator licence. The main exception is PMR446 radio equipment, which is low-powered and licence-free.

Information about business radio licence options is available from Ofcom. We also offer a free service to help customers apply for an Ofcom licence and to programme radios purchased from us.

If you require help or advice regarding radio licensing, please contact us on 0151 676 2888.

  1. Radio Programming

RadioTrader provides a free basic programming service for radios supplied by us, up to a maximum of 10 channels, including basic CTCSS and DCS tones.

Additional charges may apply for more complex programming, including extra channels or additional features such as caller ID. Additional programming is charged at £20.00 per half hour.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that any radio equipment supplied by us is correctly licensed and used in accordance with applicable regulations.

Amateur radios, or radios converted to amateur radio frequencies, will only be supplied to licensed operators. Airband radios will only be supplied to customers who hold the appropriate licence. MSA radios will only be supplied to customers with a valid Selcall ID.

  1. Radio Restocking and Order Cancellation Charges

A 20% restocking or order cancellation charge may apply to cancelled orders or returned orders where the equipment is not defective.

This charge helps cover handling, administration, testing, repackaging and restocking costs.

  1. Delivery Charges

Delivery costs shown at checkout are based on an average website order.

For larger, heavier or more complex orders, additional delivery surcharges may apply to cover increased postage, courier or pallet delivery costs.

We reserve the right to adjust delivery costs for orders that exceed our standard size, weight or delivery limits. Where additional delivery charges apply, we will contact you before your order is processed for picking or dispatch.

  1. Alternative Delivery Options

You may be able to arrange collection of your order by selecting the “Collect in-store” option during checkout. Where this option is selected, we will provide instructions for collection.

If you have concerns about the delivery cost shown at checkout, or if you require a customised delivery solution, please contact our customer support team. We will be happy to discuss alternative delivery options where possible.

  1. Delivery Communication

If your order requires special attention due to delivery cost adjustments, size, weight, location or alternative delivery arrangements, our customer support team will contact you to discuss the details and obtain your approval before proceeding.

  1. Changes to Delivery Terms

We reserve the right to amend our delivery terms at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately once published on our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for updates.
