- Your order number — found in your order confirmation email (e.g. #1234)
- The email address you used when placing the order
Typical Fulfilment Times
Most RadioTrader orders are picked, packed, and dispatched within 1–2 working days. Once dispatched, UK delivery is typically next working day via our courier partners. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
