If you already know what problem your radio is experiencing, please include the details in the contact form below. Where clear fault information is provided, the £12.00 fault-finding charge will not apply.
This helps our repair team assess the issue more efficiently and can speed up the repair process.
If You Are Not Sure What the Fault Is
If you are unsure what is wrong with your radio, or if the contact form is not completed with fault details, a £12.00 fault-finding fee will apply.
This covers the initial inspection and diagnostic work required to identify the issue. If the fault is found to be covered under warranty, this fee will be credited back to you.
