The Icom IC-M510E is a slim VHF marine radio with Class-D DSC (we explain in detail about VHF DSC radio equipment in our Guide); it is easy to install and is suitable for either panel or trunnion mounting. 

The IC-M510E can be remotely controlled through WLAN via the RS-M500 app for iOS or Android. Up to three smart devices can be used as a wireless microphone or remote controller in substitute for a regular microphone. Intercom function between your smart device and the Icom IC-M510E is also available.

There's an integrated AIS receiver to show real-time AIS vessel traffic on the display, and you can make direct DSC calls to selected AIS targets from the AIS screen.

Audio performance on the Icom IC-M510E is clear and loud, thanks to active noise cancelling and an internal speaker that enhances received audio.
