The Motorola PMAD4116A is a high-performance VHF helical antenna designed for compatible Motorola MOTOTRBO handheld radios operating across the 144–165MHz frequency range.
Its 15cm whip-style design provides dependable signal transmission and reception, making it suitable for professional users who require clear and consistent communication across demanding working environments.
The antenna also supports GPS functionality when fitted to a compatible GPS-enabled radio. Radios without integrated GPS can still use the PMAD4116A for standard VHF communication.
Please confirm that your radio operates within the 144–165MHz VHF frequency range before ordering. This antenna is not suitable for UHF versions of the radios listed above.
Intrinsic-safety approval applies only when the antenna is used as part of a complete approved radio, battery and accessory configuration. Compatibility and certification should be confirmed before use in a hazardous environment.
