The Panorama MMR-5F Heavy Duty Magnetic Mount Base is a professional vehicle antenna mounting solution designed for use with compatible Panorama VHF and UHF two-way radio aerials. Featuring a powerful magnetic base and rugged construction, it provides a secure mounting option without requiring permanent modifications to the vehicle.

Ideal for cars, vans, commercial vehicles and fleet operations, the Panorama MMR-5F allows a suitable antenna whip to be mounted on a metal vehicle surface. Its heavy-duty magnetic design makes it particularly useful for temporary installations or vehicles where drilling mounting holes is not desirable.

Supplied with an integrated 5-metre RG58 coaxial cable terminated with an FME female connector, the MMR-5F provides a practical connection for professional mobile radio installations. Its modular stud fitting supports a wide range of compatible Panorama antenna whips, allowing users to select an aerial suited to their operating frequency.

Compatibility: Designed for compatible Panorama modular VHF and UHF antenna whips. The antenna whip is selected separately according to the required operating frequency.

For radio equipment using a BNC antenna connection, a suitable FME-to-BNC adaptor, such as the Panorama CA-BP-FP, is required.

Installation: Position the magnetic base on a clean, suitable metal vehicle surface and ensure the antenna and cable are securely installed before travelling. The MMR-5F is an antenna mounting base and does not include the antenna whip.
