Product Description

The affordable Motorola DP4600e is part of Motorola's latest E (energy) range, with up to 28 hours battery life, improved range and IP68 waterproofing. It is designed for users who require a high-performance handheld two-way radio that provides advanced features and the latest digital technology in a cost-effective handset.

The DP4600e features a large, full-colour 5-line display that can operate in day or night mode, giving it the flexibility you need to operate any time of the day or night.

Connectivity

Hands-free and wire-free use is enabled with Bluetooth functionality, while software updates to your Motorola DP4600e can be  carried out remorely via Wi-Fi connectivity. 

Safety

With the safety of your team in mind, the DP4600e features a prominent emergency button with Transmit Interrupt to clear a channel and quickly broadcast a message to all devices. There's also a Lone Worker feature which signals inactivity from a device to alert other users, plus an integrated accelerometer to sense if the user has fallen and trigger a call for assistance. 

Productivity

The Motorola DP4600e permits text messaging and work order ticketing to simplify complex communications. Productiviy is further aided by powerful audio amplifier which delivers loud, clear audio with noise cancellation. Innovations in energy technology have improved the DP4600e's battery life for up to 28 hours of use; range is boosted by up to 8% compared to previous models.

Built to military standards

Motorola has built the DP4600e to military standards to ensure its ruggedness and suitability in harsh environments. No surprise then, that this handheld radio is IP68 rated to make it water submersible. It can also be upgraded to meet TIA4950 certification (required TIA4950 battery), allowing for use in hazardous locations where flammable or explosive materials are present.
