Product Description
Standard Horizon's compact and lightweight HX300E VHF radio has a small, high capacity 1800mAh lithium-ion battery in an ergonomic case that will float if dropped overboard. The radio itself is submersible to IPX8 (1.5 metres for up to 30 minutes), and will activate a bright, flashing red LED on contact with water to assist its retrieval at night.
The HX300E is easy to operate, with an intuitive interface that enables easy set-up and customisation to your preferences.
Charging is simple and flexible, as the radio is supplied with a USB charging cable with 100V AC adaptor.
This is a cost-effective handheld marine radio, suitable for many users at sea or on inland waterways. Our package for the Standard Horizon HX300E also includes antenna, belt-clip and hand strap.
