As both these products have Bluetooth built into them they will be able to connect to each other with a licence key.

Answer: Hi, this headset would need a radio to be attached to it for it to work with the peltor litecom headset. The peltor litecom headset doesn't need a radio because it comes with a built in radio in the headdset.
